🍑 Booty Challenge in Full Flow: Real Results, Real Women, Real Wins

We’re 4 days into our 6-day Booty Challenge, and the vibes? Next level. From stronger glutes to pain-free periods (yes, really!), this mini challenge is doing big things — and we’ve still got two days to go!
I launched this as a short burst of daily action — to get us moving, hydrated, and motivated as a community. And wow… the response has blown me away.
🔥 What’s the Booty Challenge All About?
Each day, we commit to simple, powerful habits that build strength, boost energy, and support better health:
🍑 Two 8-minute glute workouts a day
Quick, effective, and low-impact — one in the morning to fire up the day, one in the evening to wind down with purpose. These targeted moves are sculpting our lower bodies and activating muscles many of us never knew we had!
đź’§ Drinking at least 2 litres of water
Hydration is key to recovery, energy, and glowing skin. We check in daily to make sure we’re staying topped up and feeling our best.
🚶🏽‍♀️ Walking 3 times over the 6 days
Fresh air, gentle cardio, and a chance to reflect. These walks have become a feel-good ritual and a way to reconnect with nature — or even just take a peaceful pause.
🥗 Sharing a healthy meal photo in the group
From colourful salads to nourishing bowls, everyone posts at least one healthy plate a day. It’s more than food — it’s inspiration, accountability, and celebration of real nourishment!
đź’¬ Real Feedback So Far
One of the biggest surprises? How much it’s helping with back pain.
“I usually get really bad back pain during my menstrual cycle, but not this time. No pain at all. I know it’s down to the booty work!” – That’s me, and I couldn’t believe it either. 🧡
Other ladies are sharing how it’s: âś… Improving their posture

Every check-in is filled with positivity, encouragement, and a sense of pride. It’s exactly the kind of community vibe we love here at AR Holistic Fitness.
