How I Reversed My Type 2 Diabetes in 12 Weeks And How You Can Too!


When I was at my heaviest over 14 and a half stone I thought I was doing the right things for my health. I was going to the gym regularly, I believed I was eating “healthy,” and I was trying to make good lifestyle choices.
But every time I went back to my doctor, my blood sugar readings told a different story.
The Shocking Reality

I had already been told I was borderline diabetic and at risk of developing Type 2 diabetes. I thought I was managing it… until my blood sugar kept creeping higher and higher.
One of my biggest unknowing contributors? My beloved jacket potato topped with baked beans, cheese, and butter a meal I thought was a healthy option at home or when eating out. While it sounded “better” than fast food, it was a carb-heavy, high-calorie blood sugar spike waiting to happen.
The day came when my doctor told me I was now in the Type 2 diabetic range and would need to start medication.
That was the wake-up call. I remember thinking: If I’m already trying, and it’s still getting worse, what’s the missing piece?
Taking Back Control
I told my doctor I wanted to try another way before going on medication. My husband who had also been told he was borderline diabetic and I decided to work together to figure this out.
