Every Wednesday at 10 AM, something powerful happens at our Zumba & Wellness Connect Class—women come together not only to move their bodies but to nurture their health, minds, and future.
Last week was no different, but it was extra special. We welcomed Jacky Wood from MenopauseExperts.com, who led an eye-opening session on navigating menopause with confidence, knowledge, and grace. It followed our usual uplifting 45-minute Zumba session that gets the mood lifted, endorphins flowing, and energy buzzing.

Jacky’s talk focused on how to embrace this phase of life, instead of dreading it. From hormonal changes to mood shifts, she provided valuable insight—and more importantly, actionable tools—for all of us to take home.
